The best part of my job is creating, both dishes and projects. The experience gained in Italy and abroad, my curiosity and creativity are the baggage I bring to every new project.
Just look at me to understand that often my proposals may seem unconventional, but concreteness and rationality must never be missing to push the business to another level.
Supporting a new business in the “start up” or supporting it only for changes is essential because it will give the opportunity to create a sort of mechanicity aimed at stabilizing the business. I will ensure that all the new directives are constantly fulfilled. Only in this way will you have the certainty that your new format will be respected and never modified. Another of my core business is the setting up of a FORMAT which plays a fundamental role for those who want to create a national and international chain of business. I have collaborated in recent years in the creation of formats in the European territory. From there my experience is aimed at mechanizing a format as solidly as possible giving the certainty of always having all your movements of investments and goods under control.
International, traditional, futuristic, ancient, club, fast quality food, pizzeria are just some of the concepts that I am able to offer you.
